Eric's Take
This is the fifth year I've put on this CT camp. Each year has been a great experience. We (my staff and I) discuss how to improve the camp each year - not to rest on our laurels. After talking with Big Rocks, Baker, and Ken yesterday, we all came away tired and feeling that this was the best camp yet. more

There are not enough superlatives to describe how I feel about this camp.  The location is perfect and the staff is very experienced and genuinely supportive.  You spend five days learning as you exercise in an environment that supports athletes of all levels.  Eric spends time with each client answering questions and offering advice.

As my first year to camp I knew this was going to be a great weekend, but had no idea just how great!!  The people are absolutely amazing and I’m really touched by how everyone encourages and cares about each other.

I just returned from a quick two-day excursion to the Interlaken, where I host my CT camp.  I dragged Baker up there with me to help me map out some new routes, and Big Rock’s also came up Thursday afternoon to review the final plans/ideas for this year’s camp.

It always amazes me how quickly a year goes by.  Being back up in northwestern CT was great.  It’s such a beautiful area, with great roads and trails to train on.  This will be my fifth CT May camp!  Read the full article

And then:
You've already committed to those big races- the Ironman and half-ironman races.

You've taken a big step- now take the next step. You may have gotten the equipment to make you faster, but the most important path to improving your race times, fitness level, and mental health is by investing in yourself! Triathlon camp will provide the skills and fundamentals that will allow you to reach your untapped potential.

Triathlon Camp isn't just for anybody- in fact, the Connecticut Camp can only accomodate twenty athletes. That ensures individual attention throughout the 5 days that our staff will be focused on working with you to reach your goals.

But it's not about ability- it's about desire and committment. Whether you are a beginning triathlete or an accomplished veteran of the sport, camp offers the best way to
hone your skills while learning about yourself, eating great food, and hanging with great people.

So consider signing up today. With only twenty open slots, you can expect that not everyone who considers this camp will actually get to experience it. Don't miss out.
