This camp is the premium of camps. The environment, the accommodations, the training, the food, the people, … It doesn’t get any better!
Eric Hodska, seven-time Hawaii Ironman competitor will take you to a new level in your training and racing!
Our Connecticut total training camp consisting of:
- Daily training in swimming, cycling, running, stretching, strength training
- Physiological assessment and analysis in swimming, cycling, and running,
- Optimal cycling positioning considering aerodynamics and power output (watts)
- Nutrition education
- Mental training and motivational skill development
- How to use a heart rate monitor effectively and testing to establish personalized training zones
- Developing a personalized training plan and keeping a journal (journal and worksheets provided)
- Coaching instruction during each training session
- MyAthlete daily tracking
- Massage Therapy and Yoga sessions
- Great accomodations and excellent meals (four-star rated)

When: Two options:
Thursday May 13, 2010 through Sunday May 16, 2010 ($1399/single or $1099/double, meals included)
Or Friday May 14, 2010 through Sunday May 16, 2010 ($1099/single or $925/double, meals included)
Where: The Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, CT
Who: Triathletes of all ability levels, from novice/beginner to expert will
benefit significantly from this camp. Enrollment is limited!!! (To ensure personalized attention/instruction). Acceptance will be on a first come, first serve basis. Sign up early, pre-registration interest has been overwhelming!
Why: This camp will be the best investment you make in the year 2010.
Triathletes continuously spend great amounts on equipment to make them
faster, yet the most important source in improving your race times, fitness
level, and mental health is by investing in you! This camp will provide the
skills and fundamentals that will allow you to reach your untapped potential.
Idea of camp agenda:
Thursday (5/13):
10:00am – meet in front parking lot, dressed to ride. 4 hr ride including pace work, climbing skills, cornering, how to descend, …
2:30pm – check in
3:30pm – trail run
4:30pm – strength and core training
5:30pm – assisted stretching along with a recovery discussion
6:30pm – dinner
Fri (5/14): 7:00am – easy run followed by yoga
9:00am – breakfast
9:30am to 10:30am – bike fit
10:30am – meet in front parking lot dressed to ride, long ride including an 8 mile TT for heart rate testing. We will have sag support and throw bags with running clothes and discussion on nutrition in for a mid ride destination run, followed by lunch.
4:00pm – swim session and swim video work
6:30pm – dinner
Sat (5/15): 7am – swim session w/ video and stroke analysis
9am – breakfast
9:30am to 10:30am – bike fit
10:30am – meet dressed to ride in front parking lot, ride rolling course similar to IMLP and Rev 3 course (a bit more challenging then these two courses however)
3:00pm – meet at track for run drills, run form analysis, run session and stretching
4:00pm - massage
6:30pm – dinner followed by fun
Sun (5/16): 7am – long run
10:00am – breakfast
11:30am – ride with portions dedicated to pacing, using power, demonstrating hill reps, …
3:30pm – camp goodbyes
